What Ayuso architects did for me was all the apartment drawings and specifications for the permit at DOB. He knows well how they work and what they need so he moves well and quick to get permits.I thought that the price was also reasonable. He is a nice person and trustworthy. He did not have any problems of any kind with Agustin.Dealing DOB requirements is always a headache, so it was good to have someone who knows his way around.

I found him quite reliable and reasonably priced. I didn't rely on him to come up with design suggestions, but to ensure my ideas could be achieved, were represented correctly per local laws / code, and to ensure that I met all requirements per the board of buildings. He definitely alerted me to all legal / code requirements and helped me address issues in an efficient manner. I would 100% use his services again.
