    Collapsed Sewer Repair

    Plumbing done right the first time!!! Mike and his team diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be rather large. They showed up every day until it was fixed. Price was well within our budget. I highly recommend AZ Preferred Plumbing.

    My wife and I needed our kitchen sink and hot water heater replaced. After receiving quotes from other companies, we decided to put that off because of the expense and just get our sink replaced. I asked around at work if anyone knew of a good plumber and someone mentioned how happy they were with the service received by *****. So, we called him and made an appointment for the following week (although he said he could get us in the following day if we liked). He called me about 20 min before our appointment to advise that he was on his way. He was very professional, polite, and completely cleaned up after himself. We were very happy with the quality of work he performed. So, before he left, we asked him if he would take a look at our hot water heater and give us a quote for replacing it. (14 years old and rusting, definitely needed a new one) My wife and I were shocked by the price. He quoted us almost half the price of a big name company in phoenix, so we decided to have him do that for us as well. We were once again very happy with the work he performed. So almost a month later, when our faucet in the back yard broke, we didnt hesitate to call him. I texted him a picture of the problem, which he said would be no problem to fix. He promptly came to fix the problem, even reinforcing it so it wouldnt break again. I feel he once again charged a fair and reasonable rate. I have heard horror stories about incompetent and unscrupulous plumbers. With *****, I couldn't have asked for anyone better.
