    Bath Remodel and Flooring

    First of all I just would like to say that I took a chance, and I am honestly glad that I did. I checked out the reviews online and a pretty honest bid and a lot of explaining by the owner I decided to move forward with the project. We wound up doing a full bath remodel in our master as well as installing tile in our master bedroom.

    The process was overall very quick we were scheduled within a week which helped us out quite a bit because we were moving from a rental. They were done in five days overall and the attention to the quality of everything was wonderful. They walked me through everything and explained everything to me when I didn't which I couldn't be happier about.

    Overall I really couldn't be happier and come October when we do the rest of the house I will be calling them back.

    Tub surround and floors

    I had posted a detailed review of AZ Floorscapes that explained that we wish we had not selected AZ Floorscapes to do the tile in our bathroom and the reasons why.

    I have photos, text messages, emails and other documentation that backup what was contained in the original review. However, AZ Floorscapes saw a similar review on another site and immediately threatened us with legal action in both email and text message with the phrases "I will be consulting with an attorney" and "I will be consulting with our attorney on retainer to proceed with a path forward".

    To protect myself and my disabled wife from the cost & hassle of legal action, I have removed the original review. I can only wonder how many others they have used similar tactics on.

    We trusted AZ Floorscapes with our once in a lifetime bathroom remodel. We really hoped this would be a great experience but we are so disappointed with the process we endured and the final outcome.

    You hire them thinking you are getting a licensed company to do your work, what you get is another team of unlicensed tile guys. you get sub par work for premium prices. I stopped the job and got another more experienced person to finish the job. They do not know how to waterproof a bathtub surround, do yourself a favor and go with a more experienced bathroom contractor.

    $2.00 SF tile job at $5.00 prices, it has lippage, bad grout, call someone else! Thank god we stopped the job!
