Aziz Construction

I hired the Aziz construction company for deck construction. They started the work on 08/28/2020.

They have been working deck project till 10/24/2020 till date they are able to finish 50% work with poor performance. I gave multiple warning the but they did not improved performance I need to terminate the contract. They gave insurance information that is already expired in May 2020, They are doing illegal work without insurance. Please take the action against for them.

This is the contractor's job to check the construction codes. I do accept that you fixed those mistakes except Stair steps but it is causing material wastage. I already paid 80% of the money on Aug28 the first day of the work itself by trusting you and also paid for whatever materials you bought

The current issues at hand concerning your poor performance include:

1. Not maintaining the work environment clean like leaving the trash (water bottles, plastic bags, soda cans, cigarettes etc..) in the backyard which is causing wind to blow trash into neighbor’s backyard.

2. Working Late Night until 9PM causing the disturbance.

3. Wasting the lot of material with lack of experience and not Complying to the state building codes.

4. Keep on delaying the work without proper reasoning and not providing any information regarding work when they are planning to come.
