AZN Construction has completed our luxury condominium project in West Chelsea. They have addressed punch list issues from other subcontractors and have fully outfitted with their carpenters and painters all of our model apartments. These are multi million dollar units and the work they completed was of much higher quality in terms of their painting and carpentry work then of the previously contracted companies. I have recommended them to all my buyers, and they are currently being used from the cosmetic work to full on luxury renovations for them. I am more then satisfied and know I have a company I can rely on!

We were warned about using them but they owned the property. Owner is very cocky and work is very shoddy. brand-new bathrooms with caulking and silicone needing to be redone, kitchen cabinetry scratched and quartz counter scratched. Garage flooding with constant leaking even after half hearted poor repair attempt. Be prepared to be made to feel like garbage.
