They were all excited and anxious to get my business... or should I say get my money. They DON'T return phone calls nor do they stand behind their work. I am spending 2 times the amount on electric now compared to what I did with my old unit that would freeze up.

My A/C went out on June 18, 2015. The following day Nathan Dowell, who I believe to be the owner of Aztech Mechanical came to my house with a newly hired tech. They assessed my A/C and gave me several options. I trusted Nathan and opted to have my A/C replaced.
The following week on June 25, 2015 his crew replaced my A/C.
As part of the install they needed to remove the drywall from the attic entrance. It has been almost 2 months and after multiple text messages and multiple phone calls with Nathan with lots of excuses to why he could not get to finishing up my job, he finally came out last week to verify the the freon levels. He also installed a sensor that was part of the original deal. Mind you this was 6 or 7 weeks after the install.
He also said his drywall guy could possibly be available on Monday (yesterday). I have not heard from anyone about the drywall. And Nathan said he would provide the necessary paperwork for a rebate by my electric company and that would be received on Monday.
I texted Nathan this morning and he said he would check.
Funny thing is I paid cash for the A/C work and I did not hesitate to pay him trusting he would finish things up. I also spent $71 on ice and cold bottled water for his crew. I took care of them the way I would want to be taken care of.
I wish I would have held back part of the payment until all was complete.
This guy is wasting my time, of which I have little to waste.
It looks like I will have to hire someone to fix the drywall and I will probably lose my rebate.
