    I have been an Aztil customer for many years. On a recent call to them, I found out that they no longer do plumbing work nor do they service appliances. When I signed the contract with them, these services were part of the contract. I was never informed of this change either by phone, email or a letter. Would this then be a breach of contract? Upon speaking with Sabrina, their customer service representative, I was informed that these services were no longer included as of 2023, and I would receive a refund. Keep this in mind, my contract runs through 2027, and my refund was sent to me in the amount of $7.06! OK, so now an issue to be brought up with the BBB and Palm Beach County. They told me this was a special offer for an additional $100 - NOT! I moved here in 2010 and all these services were always a part of their contract. Since my contract has a twice a year check up on my a/c, I went ahead and scheduled it. The tech was extremely knowledgeable and let me know that my filter dryer was leaking, and I needed freone. This came with a price tag of $1,229. I thanked him for his information and found a reputable and honest person named Greg from Greg's Air Solutions, 954-240-2540. Called him, told him what the issue was, he showed up the same day and did the whole job for $250! How is this possible? So, the story goes, AZTIL IS A RIP OFF! Dishonest people trying to take advantage of you! Don't use them! Sabrina and the others that have taken over and made a corporation out of Aztil to make money from people that wouldn't think of going outside of their contracts because they trust Aztil to do the right thing - NOT!!

    " The work that was done was an A/C change out. I had Aztil Inc do this job for me. This is a condo complex and the company did not have any information about permits on how the installation would go. I just would like to say that the people who run the business should know about needing permits and such so that homeowners like me won't have to go through any type of hassle. With that being said the services provided were actually satisfactory."
