Financial rape. They charged me a ridiculous amount to service my equipment and claimed my system was in good shape. It wasn't. When I contacted them they wanted $130 to troubleshoot a system that the looked at 45 days prior. They are garbage systems that cost 2 almost 3 times as much to replace any components. The technicians cost just as much. I am currently ripping out any and all Rain Soft components to prevent further financial rape. You'd think the cost of the equipment would get you a quality product but you don't. Avoid any and all Rain Soft products.
