I would not recommend this contractor. Bunky Stansbury, the owner, came highly recommended and showed great interest in building a small home in Berkely Springs. He had us choose materials and sent a contract before not responding to phone calls and emails. There never was any explanation and he wasted months of our time. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. BEWARE!
