This company installed an HVAC system in our house in PCB in December, 2019. He charged us $4500 and now in May of 2022 the Freon has completely leaked out of the unit and he has refused to fix HIS system HE installed. He even said he would fix it and replenish the Freon for $375. Today he said he’s not going to abide by his word. Do NOT use this guy for any reason!!!!!!

We hired this company to handle the cleaning of dirty coils with our HVAC system in our rental condo which was the result of an inspection report done as we prepared to close on our condo 3 days later. They came in and called us shortly later to advise every excuse in the book as to why this job was more than just a cleaning and then made several remarks that they were not trying to get more $ from us for more work to be done. They left after 20 minutes and said they would contact us to advise how they would proceed. Not only did they not answer our calls and respond to our text messages, we finally sought out another HVAC company to come in the next day and they handled the job with complete professionalism and advised the job was actually not as bad as B&S Heating and Air professed it to be. We were at the mercy of this company and they not only let us down, but they are now receiving this review of unprofessionalism. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
