After I signed a contract with B&B Builders on a PUD that was to be built, the price on the units went up $5,000. Before my unit was complete, the builder allowed another contract to be negotiated on my unit. He was not forced to have a finished unit waiting on my closing therefore not losing any money and not only earned an additional $5,000, he is keeping my earnest money of $2,500. The agent, Carolyn Matthews with Realty Executives, told me that all the units were sold which was a lie. MLS # 934434 was still available. There was an unsold unit that the buyers could have. Please stay away from this builder and realtor.
