I have a warranty with Choice and the technician that they sent out was professional and very courteous. He diagnosed and repaired the issue within minutes. I am so impressed with this company. They were unbelievable. Thank you so much.

My AC presented quite a challenge for Brian to repair. It’s too much to go into for this review but he was always professional and never gave up trying to get my AC working. In the end he put in a new condenser at his expense. I am forever grateful since it was July and I was also dealing with my husband being in the hospital.
It is a year and a half later now and I called him out again for a different problem. As usual , he was prompt, courteous and his price to repair was reasonable. This is my go to company for any AC issues. I trust them completely!

The repair man from B & B company showed up because I have Choice Home Warranty And one of my AC units was not blowing cold air. The man who showed up couldn’t speak English and had his son along to interpret- I think he is originally from Africa. After greeting him nicely, the first words out of his mouth were “I can only touch one system so which one is broken?” That’s not the way to greet a new client regardless of who’s paying- the customer or the warranty company. Then I asked him to look in my attic to see which unit it was, and from the moment he walked through my door he just pulled attitude, and he was really rude. I don’t understand how they’re getting five star ratings from all these people because he did not even look at my systems. He went to the attic stairs and didn’t even Enter it or turn the light on all I did was shine his flashlight around and didn’t do anything, and when I asked him to go in and figure out which unit it was, he told me in plain English “I’ve been doing this 18 years. I know what I’m doing and I’m just gonna leave now”. And he didn’t even bother to look at anything or fix anything. This is unacceptable behavior especially in Houston in August when it’s 96 or 98° outside and someone could die if they don’t have an air conditioner that’s working.
So obviously he didn’t care at all about his clients or the warranty company who he supposedly works with. I wouldn’t call them if they were the last company on the planet.

We had our a/c issues diagnosed and resolved same day! Brian was amazing. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my A/C unit, explained the problem in simple terms, and offered immediate solutions. One of the standout aspects of the service was the affordability as they have the most fair prices I have ever seen in the a/c repair industry, for sure.

This company and this technician are excellent. We have had others come out to repair a malfunctioning condensation line, but this technician rebuilt the line so that it worked again quickly, properly, and efficiently. Our technician knew what he was doing. I highly recommend this company.

Honest and quality work, a very efficient technician, he arrived quickly and fixed my unit, very professional and highly knowledgeable in any type of unit.

B&B Comfort Masters LLC was the technician sent by my home insurance to fix my A/C. The A/C worked well until the condensor broke down. B&B immediately saw an opportunity to cash in on clueless client by requiring an upgrade of 6k (duct replacement and motor cleaning, itself valued at 2-3k by another GC) in order for insurance to replace the condenser. This is blackmail and a very poor business practice. Had they provided me with the quote and left me decide whether I wanted to upgrade with them, this would have been different. But by tying the insurance-agreed repair to their upgrade, they forced me to accept a 6k out-of-pocket without being able to check the quote. Very deceptive tactics, completely unethical. Avoid at all costs !
