Owner
The quality of the work is subpar and attention to detail is nonexistent. When confronted with mistakes you are met with excuse after excuse after excuse. calls and text are rarely returned and if they are it is days to weeks later. The owner possesses an arrogant air that is off-putting, and he is more concerned with getting to his vacation home in Tampa-every third week-than he is with completing the job. If I had a nickel for every time, he said this isn't my first kitchen I would be set for life. I would guess it is his second or third! Disappointing all around!
