I hired Perry in April to replace my HVAC, ductwork and insulation. I paid in full in April and did not have working air until late June due to multiple excuses. Perry left piles of tear out material with rusty metal in my yard for weeks. Once the unit started working I noticed condensation coming up from my vents. I alerted Perry to this and he sent his co worker out which assured me the issue would resolve. Come to find out the unit,vents and duckwork was all the wrong size and caused puddles of standing water under the house which is what lead to the condensation coming up from the vents. All of the insulation that I had purchased was water logged and all the ductwork had to be replaced. Perry at first agreed to only a partial refund until I contacted BBB. He then signed a promissory note stating he would make payments to me until the full refund was met. The first payment was due Aug 20 which he knew weeks in advance. Aug 20 came and went and no payment received..only more excuses. Also did not install a filter and thermostat that I was upcharged. Very unprofessional..flirts with customers.
