I had to tell him to remove the huge pile of rubble & still left the lot an uneven mess . He didn't mark the water or sewer lines & according to the county he didn't complete the permit . I have since offered him other projects that he was consistently a 'no call- no show . He now says he has a survey o my property but won't give me .
