I spoke with them on the phone - it was a little disorganized and our call initially dropped due to the person on the line changing from their phone to their bluetooth device. BUT, they did give me a call back and they asked me a few questions about the remodel we want to do. At the end of the call they said to send them my email and then they would work on a free quote and send it over as soon as possible.
I'm currently still waiting on the quote, but I do know that yesterday they emailed me asking another question so I'm fairly sure they're actually working on it.
This is my favorite out of the 3 contractors I was sent so far.
