We had a great experience working with B&D Construction. B&D did the following work for our building: they caulked our windows, repainted/powerwashed our facade/turrets, put new thorocoat on the sides and rear of our building, tuckpointed any brickwork in need of repair, repaired our front steps. Ali and Shah were thorough in explaining costs and competitive with all other bids we received. They also avoided any unnecessary costs and did not upsell us on any work that didn't need to be done. They were excellent communicators throughout the process -- Ali and Shah would frequently be on site or come to the building to check in with us about progress and how we are feeling. If they needed to make any adjustments to process or color to match the building's stone, they did so. The whole process including scaffolding was done in record time. I would recommend B&D to anyone who needs work done on their buildings.
