Do NOT hire this contractor. I paid him for his job as per his written estimate and he started the job but did not finish it and I had to hire another contractor which was several thousand dollars! damage. I called him and texted him numerous times for days (if not weeks) but he ignored me completely. When I had other people call him the same time he answered the call so he’s not reliable at all!
