    Heating and Air Conditioning installation and repair
    $500

    Brian installed a new boiler, water heater and central air conditioning system in our home. In the 8 years since then, we have had BHayes back numerous times due to the lack of cooling in our living room. Each suggestion that he made was more expensive. Most recently, we had a problem with our boiler. BHayes came back 4 times over a 2 month period , At first he claimed our boiler would not stay lit because of air in the gas line. The next excuse was a faulty controller or thermocoupler. He claimed to have replaced both to the tune of $500. Within a month of this work our boiler stopped working again. Brian said he was coming to look at it and then cancelled last minute. The next day, I had the gas company and a HVAC technician from another company out to look at the situation. BOTH parties stated that there was no way that the thermocoupler had been replaced. Both companies also noted that there were numerous code violations including a lack of piping for relief valves, unsecured gas and water lines, and an electrical line attached to the gas pipe.     Very good company to deal with, honest, and trustworthy. I had no problems going to work and leaving them in my home alone. Very nice people to deal with. Thank you very much for your service.
