We are going to manage for the most part, for people that see a style of home as their own. Once the vision is understood we go to work and provide a plan with specific check points and excellent communication. From that point we do everything, and the customer does not get bogged down in the thousands of details. It is a different experience.

When the B Layton, LLC Manages and Builds your project, we start with you and end with you. We will help capture your vision of how you want to fit into this paradise. We will develop that vision with our architect, find suitable land if you don't already have it picked out, will establish your sense of financial value and we will manage each phase of development and we will take fiscal responsibility to make sure you get the most value of every dollar you invest. We are not delivering a building, we are delivering a dream. It is Brian Layton who will manage the details that will make you happy.
