We contracted B&M Painting Cleaning to prep and paint our house. The contract was very vague, we were supposed to pay for the paint and Peel Stop, which was not stated on the original contract. She changed the contract after we wanted to take the cost of the paint and Peel Stop off of the total cost of the project, and after we said “No” to giving her more money before the house was finished. We gave her just over ½ of the total bill for painting the house. After the first week of very little progress being made, we had to contact her everyday and ask if someone was to come and work on the house. The house was not fully prepped and she started to paint the house. The little bit that was painted was a shoddy paint job. Three weeks after hiring her we let her go. According to another contractor the house was only 1/5th done for the prepping of the house and she started to paint the house not being totally prepped.
