My job was to have my bathroom toilet removed and floor replace and a drain pipe in the tub an also a paint job. There work was great and they finish it all in one day. We were very please with the job they did.

The contractor was affable and gentlemanly and I enjoyed meeting him. The work his personnel performed was very, very poor quality. The fixture in the bathtub is a prime example. It was put in upside down and completely wrongly installed. I've hired someone to redo this. The plumbing under the sink leaks. The shower head is not affixed, and it shakes when you touch it. The bathroom door will no longer close. I really can't stand to think about it. I am deeply grieved.
Response from B Manning Construction LLC April 12, 2021We had major problems keeping our plumbing fixtures in the bathroom from one day to the next. After purchasing 3 different p traps, two different tub faucets trying to match up with the original purchase. We had major problems when things disappear from day to day. We ran water for fifteen minutes in the sink with no leaks, also let the water stand in the sink for at least five minutes are longer without any leaks. Ms. Lofty, sorry to hear about you disapproval you didn't mention that your exterior wall didn't exist, and we had to replace over twenty feet of your exterior wall. Also you were gracious enough to leave out the missing floor joists that did not no longer exist under your bathroom floor. Ms. Lofty, very glad I got the opportunity to meet you, and sorry we miss those items. I will reschedule a date in the near future to bring back a plumber. -

This was the most unprofessional experience. Me and my wife bought our first home and hired them to renovate it. He told us that it would only take a week and they were there for a few weeks and still never finished the work. The owner talked a big game but backed up none of his work and the only thing he cared about was his money. There’s so much that’s not finished and he ghosted us, and we haven’t heard from him in months. He never checked over the work that his guys say they finished, there were multiple times where they came and left all the lights on, and did no work. Our electricity bill was through the roof because of them. He was only worried about the money and not the quality of the work, and he would leave and go to other jobs, and left his guys here to do work and then they would just leave too. I would never recommend this company to anyone and I would rate it 0 stars if I could.
