BP cut down a tree not specified by me. It's been a total hassle. Unprofessional texts from owner Billy Pyatt. Basically saying i'm a dirtbag democrat that owns a house in the ghetto. I have the texts if you don't believe me. Unrealistic replacement offers. Not failing claims when asked to. An all around mess. They also delivered 3 yards of chips. Mostly sticks and debris. And some garbage to boot. I would never let them do anything unsupervised.

Billy Pyatt owner of BP Tree Services has been doing myself and my families tree’s since the early 1990s. Never once have we had a issue with him or his many crews over the years.
They have always went far beyond our expectations (and we’re tough)
BP Tree Services recently removed several large eucalyptus tree’s from my parents property in just one day, there equipment, customer service & the know how puts them light years ahead of the closest competition.
When my uncle passed away this past January, amongst all the sadness looking across the faces I looked up & it was Billy, he was in between jobs in his work clothes he told me he just had to stop by and say his goodbyes too. Over the years Billy shared many stories with my uncle Ron about fishing and flying airplanes.
I can go on and on about this man , but I’ll save it for now. Thanks for having a big help to us for all the years Billy, we have really enjoyed your friendship.
