Dave Vaughan is THE BEST! He saved our home, and possibly our lives, last week. We had a strangely hot kitchen floor (our cats loved it!), so we called Dave and asked him to check it out. (He had done excellent work for us in the past.) He rearranged his schedule and arrived within the hour. Down in the crawl space, Dave discovered that a leaking gas line had BURST INTO FLAMES and already had burned the joists above the drip, plus scorched the floor and back wall of the kitchen cabinet above. Dave emptied a fire extinguisher onto the flames, came upstairs and advised us what to do next. He went back downstairs several times to check the fire site and make sure it was truly extinguished. He stayed to hold our hands until the plumbers arrived to cap off the gas line. I'd give B&R Heating & A/C TEN stars if I could. But Dave will have to settle for customers for life.
