Hired to install metal roof. Brent Rosenberger (owner) accepted payments and never cane back. $3,500. Worse part was this was to fix home of elderly lady on fixed income due to her roof leaking and falling in. Mr. Rosenberger gave his own grandfather's address as his home address yet his grandfather denied knowledge of his location therefore no charges could be pressed because he couldn't be located. Even hired private investigator to locate perpetrator, that was also unsuccessful.

This "company" has a history of abandoning projects and being found liable in court (most recently $7,000, 2014) in a FELONY case (Monongalia County, WV, 15-F-32) of "Obtaining by FElse Pretenses" by taking money and not doing any work. There are other felonies as well. Never pays out pay on multiple judgments but just goes on to next "client". He is now out on bond after the most recent case, and will be sentenced on August 17, 2015 according to Monongalia County Circuit Clerk. It is impossible to get hold of him after he abandons a project (including the phone number and vacant-house "business" address shown on this very site). Any potential client can and should check the records of the Monongalia County Circuit Clerk to verify this. Also his wife has in the past threatened counter-suits for slander if anyone does criticize him with facts on a public discussion forum such as Facebook.
