BY construction was hired to do a gut restore on a 4 story walk up building. From the begining Yerson (the owner) was highly unprofessional. Every meeting we had was him bragging about how rich he is. Furthermore, he asked for $30,000 extra citing material increases and before finishing the project tried to scam us out of another $52,000. He also charged us 12,000 for meter setup and never delivered. To this day he has not returned our money! Do yourself a favor and do not hire this contractor!
