    Complete Remodel
    $180,000

    1511 W Hollywood Ave. Tim did work on my place in 2018. I am now beginning to see the aftermath of his poor work. We found a leak coming from the bathroom into the basement. We were asked by our handyman if our contractor put a underlayment before he tiled and pitched the bathroom. We made assumption it was done due to this being a common practice. However it was not done. Over $3000 so far in damages and counting. I have multiple pictures as well.

    This was also a issue with his roofer, gutter and multiple other installations that he performed where he did not follow the process.

    Install hardwood flooring, add 2nd level above garage
    $20,000

    B2 installed New hardwood floors throughout my 1st and 2nd floor, And I also had them add a second level on my existing garage. Tim was excellent to deal with, and he communicated daily with me. I made some original changes to the contract (I added 2 windows and changed the entryway), and they gave me a very fair price on my changes. It did take a little longer, but that was expected. I will be using them again this summer to build out my deck.

    Garage additional bay addition

    B2 construction quality of work is sub-standard. The answers from B2 construction LLC to verbal and even written questions are often wrong. The work was a small addition to match an existing building that included 3 barn windows.

    Adding additional wood siding was part of the construction and the siding was to be installed under the window trim to match the existing building construction. This was not done and the two windows now have a different looking frame.

    Several times I requested information about when a backordered door would be installed, B2 said they would check & call me back. B2 never called me back but had said the door was on order. Conversation with the door manufacturer unveiled that B2 construction never ordered the door.

    There were also at least 8 telephone calls where there was to be work done the next day but not one person showed up all day.

    The entire estimated 2 week project took over 4 months and a lot of follow up by me.

    I don’t like to complain but this is needed to protect others
