B3 Construction Landscape Contractor
B3 Construction began providing construction services in Northern Arizona in the spring of 2009. The owner, Bob Harris III, established his company in the depths of the “Great Recession”. During this difficult time there were very few local employment opportunities to be had in the construction industry. Out of necessity, Bob had to create a job for himself to provide for his family.
Fortunately, he was a recent college graduate from the Construction Management program at Northern Arizona University. Not only did he have the book smarts to start and run a construction company but he had the heritage of being a 5th generation carpenter.
Bob has built a successful construction company that employees many local full-time craftsman. In addition, he has forged strong relationships with local trade contractors to assist in delivering projects on time and under budget. He has developed a reputation of delivering some of the best quality, craftsmanship, and customer service in Northern Arizona.
Bob and his family have lived in Flagstaff since 1995. They take an active role in supporting local religious, civic, and scholastic activities.

Bob, helped me with a home I recently bought. His crew installed a couple of interior doors, did some roof work, plumbing, and electrical work. What I was impressed most with was his completive pricing while delivering quick and quality service. He did such a good job and kept his prices fair enough that my realtor has been referring Bob to his clients!

I would not recommend, I bought a custom house built Wilbac and also had a detached garage built. I have nothing but issues with both foundations and flooding. Both foundations have cracked and the slope at each garage is draining into the garage doors, not away. The garage floor has over an inch of fall in some places, its so uneven you cant even stand anything up with out a block of wood to support it. The drain that was installed to help divert the water from the driveway was running up hill, so the water would just run back into the driveway and flood into the garage. Inside the house we had bathroom drawers that would not close due to hitting the water pipe in the back of the cabinets. The fix was Dennis came out and hit it with a hammer until the drawer would close. It's still not correct, again this was a new build. The list goes on and on, I would not recommend Wilbac Construction to anyone. If I could only upload picture! You would see for yourselves.
