In June of this year I hired B A Hamilton to upgrade the wiring in my house and change all outlets and switches. The wiring of the house went well enough. The work passed inspection right away. HOWEVER, when it came to changing out outlets and switches, things did not go so well. In two of my rooms I have light switches at both ends of the room which control the same set of lights. Bruce had no trouble yanking them out but couldn't figure out to put them back so both ends of the room could control the lights. He was paid to finish/solve this problem as well as replace several others he didn't have time to finish. He promised to return and finish the job...his solution in the meantime was to walk across the room (at night, in the dark) and use the one switch that worked. weeks later I received a picture, via text, of him in a hospital bed with the message he had a broken arm and would stay in touch with me. THAT WAS THE LAST I EVER HEARD FROM HIM. I have had to hire another electrical firm to complete and correct the job he abandoned. The entire time he was here all he talked about were "the big jobs" he needed to get to. Had I known his attitude towards "smaller" jobs like my house, I would never have hired him in the first place. I read his online reviews....as you are doing..... I thought I was dealing with an honest, reputable man/ company. Thank you.
