I have a new spec home built by Babi Construction and it is just beautiful. After searching for homes online, we meet his realtor (Patrick Carolan) at an open house and he really knew all about construction and everything about a home. We looked at older homes with Patrick but then decided to buy the house that he was holding open. We could not be happier with our decision. Patrick and Ray were wonderful to work with, would recommend them to everyone!
