They were polite and explained everything that was going on. It wasn't until the end when all the materials were removed that I saw the flaws. I was told they would be back the next day and got the run around since. Also, Robert obtained a permit but never contacted the inspector. I only found this out after the job was completed and I received a letter from L&I.

Contracted to do a drywall job and didn't complete the work. Hung the drywall but did not tape or spackle. Kept the over $1000 dollar deposit to finish the job and is ducking all contact and phone calls.
Response from Bace Construction May 9, 2020They hung 160 boards for $14 a board or $2240 and you paid $1000 down on hanging and $1000 down on finishing, so they hung it all and then changed the numbers and wanted extra spackling for nothing and could not resolve it so you went and got another crew to finish it. So, you still owe $240. You got some cojones coming on here.

We use BACE Construction for all our framing and drywall. Last project was 600 linear feet of metal framing and 400 sheets of drywall and they framed it out in 3 days, hung the drywall in two and spackled it in four. They are the most reliable and fastest sub we use. I wasn't going to post this to make sure they were never to busy for us, but even when they're busy they start the jobs like two days after we give a green light. I had to post this because of the negative posts. It takes two, so I give everyone the benefit of doubt and everyone has their side of the story. They are good company and Bobby is very easy to work with.
