Does not return phone calls. Did a job in January 2022 to hook up a hot tub. Now my hot tub Keeps turning off the breaker he put in. I had someone from Scioto Valley come out to check it and was told us it was an electrical issue snd needed to be fixed before they could check anything. Jim was called at least 12 times he answered the phone about 5 times snd said he would call back to schedule an appointment snd never returned my calls. Now he doesn’t even answer the phone even after leaving messages.
