Our sprinkler water pressure was fine before our back flow test but the pressure was only about 25% after they left. We have a broken valve handle but was told when we made the appointment that it would not be a problem with the test. They left the valve mostly closed. When contacted, Mr. Brown would not take responsibility, threatened that he could have failed us, kept talking over my husband, and then said, "I'm done." And he hung up. Next year we will find another company to perform the back flow test. We gave Mr. Brown a 3 star because he showed up on time for the appointment and he called back in a timely manner.
