    Deck repair, footings were too small and loose, repaired in driveway a stucco wall that was water da

    Repaired sagging pool deck and driveway stucco. Repaired only about 1/4 of sagging deck, did a great job but did not do the balance of the deck where footings were loose so about 3 months later the rest of the deck sagged. Quoted $18,000 to do the balance of the deck but wanted cash up front.
