    Metal Building
    $119,000

    If I could rate them a 0 I would. In Aug 2023 Regina Forrest was given a $19k deposit for my project. Once we were finally ready for construction, it took them a month to start as contractors wouldn’t show up. After being on their tails about our project, they poured concrete. They wrote the company a $15k bad check causing a lien on my property. Needless to say, contract was dropped and we are still in the whole $19k with no materials. Law enforcement is involved as this doesn’t seem to be her first rodeo!! Do NOT use this company unless you want to be the next victim of contractor FRAUD!!

    25' X 42' metal building

    I wrote back in 2014 how bad this company was and it has taken this long and still no satisfaction. I asked her for my $4500. install fee back due to her not showing up 15 times to try and install my building on the 4" leaning slab with a bad finish she left me with. They also didn't put the slope in for the 8' roll up door and the 12' opening was 18" off. She said they were out of the office until the end of the week call back. I called weekly for a month and she avoided my calls and text. I got a lawyer to send a demand letter for the install fee and and extra building supplies to install the building on a crooked slab so it didn't look too bad. It was approximately $6500. She said it was too much. The lawyer said LA. law states when the contractor defaults on a contract they are liable for twice the contract price. All I wanted was to break even. after back and forth with lawyers for years I needed to get $18000. to pay lawyer and still get back my extra out of pocket expenses. She finally came up to $15000. in monthly installments and I agreed. She didn't pay the first note. lawyers talked and agreed again on the same settlement after papers were signed she paid one note. Then nothing. Had a court date to enforce the settlement and the day before she filed for bankruptcy. BEWARE before you use this company!!!!!!!!!

    Metal building with concrete

    I had a great experience with this company! Not sure why people are saying the things they are because they have worked with us on our project and was very helpful and knowledgeable. We spent $71,500.00 with them and had no issues at all.

    extend the roof line on our metal shop to use for parking.
    $3,450

    We hired Regina Forrest and Backwoods Fabricators in July of 2018 to extend the roof line on our metal building to use for parking. We paid her $3450 dollars for supplies. No one from the company ever came to my house and no supplies were ever delivered. We finally had to involve the police about contractors fraud. We finally did get our money back in May of 2019. I would discourage everyone from hiring them and becoming her next victim.

    I paid my money up front I'm $24000.00 in and all I got is a leaning slab with a horrible finish. It's been over 4 months since any has been out I can't get the build. because the haven't paid for it and/or won't release it to me. They won't answer or return my calls' emails' or text. HORRIBLE COMPANY
