We met with a rep from Backyard in June of 2020 to discuss our pool desires. The rep came out, looked at our property and said he'd be back in touch within a week or two with a proposal. Two months later, no word at all. When I followed up after two months, I was sent a elementary sketch of a pool design via email. When I asked for estimates on costs, was told that would follow within two days vial email also, although he did say he preferred to present the estimate in person. I had said that was fine as well.
Three weeks later, not a word at all. If you're too busy for my business, kindly say so and I'll move on. But don't waste three months of my time. As a small business owner myself, I have much more respect for my customers than that. There are too many pool companies to have to settle for this.
