This is what they claim on their site but I can assure you this is not how they olerate. Manager John says whatever you want to hear and when it doesn't happen owner Jamie tells you John doesn't know what he's talking about- can't be done. After varying excuses as to why the shed had not arrived after over a month of waiting multiple delivery days and times were given to no avail. Then one day the shed appeared in my mother's backyard when she was not home nor expecting this surprise delivery only to discover it was the wrong shed and she was told it was what she ordered but she had an email with proof of what she ordered and paid for and they took no responsibility on their error in their catalog and made no attempts to rectify the situation. My mother is a handicapped senior citizen and John promised to reload her shed with all of her belongings and in fact never did. They were rude and nasty to my mother and lied multiple times. I'll be at the shed is a quality one but their customer service and ethics are horrible they are terrible people to deal with. I bought a shed apparently something happened on day of delivery that they had to put miss matched siding on. I was assured in a couple weeks someone would be out to replace it. After multiply calls no one returning our calls it is now 2 months later and not happy with how they will not resolve this a all but took my money with no problem. It is appalling how this company will not return calls.
