Gave me an estimate over the phone. When the repairman arrived he did a system check , diagnosed the problem, and fixed my hot tub heater on the spot with parts he had brought with him. Bill was right within estimate and much less than another company charged 1 1/2 yrs ago. GREAT repairman, good personality , would highly recommend, would call them again.
