JD DavidsMeyer was my property manager for my home. He was also doing repairs with his bad boys a remodeling company in March. He informed me that the roof on my garage should be redone. I approved him to redo it. He took my March rent money $2000 to get the roof taken care of here it is April 20. There is no roof on the garage and also my April months rent for the property has not been received…He is not returning any of my calls or my text……. I had spoke to him April 7 as he was driving home from a vacation on a cruise and informed me that I would have my money that night or the next morning then the next excuse was oh we had hail damage. I’m working on all my other properties. I believe it takes 30 seconds to send Zelle…., that’s the last I heard of him.. today is April 20th no roof no money and no return calls!!!!
Not the first time the rent was late with excuses that came along, but the monies did get received…. Beware.!!!!
