Bad Dog Flooring, out of Longs, is, regardless of their name, a first class operation. They gave us a timely, detailed estimate, required no deposit, suggested changes in the installation design my friend Bruce had recommended, responded to every phone call immediately before and after their work, and started when they said they would. They finished almost when they said they would, even though they discovered about 50 sq. ft. of cracked tile under the laminate they were replacing. The tile removal wasn't covered by the estimate, of course, but the extra cost was reasonable. And, instead of extending the time for completion, they simply worked overtime to get us back in the house close to the planned time. And the husband and wife principals are just nice people.
