I had terrible experience with BADA. My renovation started with moderate estimation, but ended up unrealistic additional charges for the extra jobs. He even blackmailed to stop working in the middle of renovation. Moreover he even siphoned materials. Home depot always accept returns and give store credit without receipts. Alas!!
