BEWARE!! Previous reviews are oh so accurate. This company does not have any customer service at all and it is doubtfull that the technicians are really licensed. After 3 days,5 technicians and damage to my brand NEW home I FIRED Badger!!!!!
They did such a HORRIBLE job that Globe Lighting, who refered Badger and the light fixture manufacture sent out 2 master technicians to re-do ALL of Badgers work. Badger was also removed from Globe Lightings referal list.
Todd from Badger, claims to be the owner. He was by far the WORST, least responsive and most unethical of the bunch.
They also made their BEST attempt to pad the bill and work aggresively to pressure me to pay the inflated bill

Had a simple hot tub hook up where had had one before. Estimatebof 2 hours and $500 to include a permit/license . Got a bill for $884.60 for labor and materials and told the permit would cost more. The tech stole over 30 feet of copper wire under the guise of needing to remove for permit purposes. Several attempts to get a itemized invoice. Finally got one with the materials and labor broken down and found I was being charged for 6 hours of labor! For a hot tub! He was late getting here and was only here for 4 hours and an hour of that was him going to get parts. Can't get anything in writing. They only want to call so you can't get anything in writting. Owner won't write back.
