Allen Baer, installed a fence on October 2014 and December 2015 two months later it was falling down after some wind. He did come back over and put more concrete around the the fence post. This is now about 15" of concrete in our yard around almost all the post. He told me we could cover it up with bark dust. I have not heard back from him. We wish we would have hired someone that could build a fence.
