  Pool remodel

  Good morning......whatever pool maintenance you need to have done, Baez is the place to call. What an amazing job they did restructuring our pool. From tile to coping to resurfacing. It came out simply amazing. Bridget was a pleasure to deal with and her follow up was spot on throughout the entire process. But the real shout out has to go to the 3 workers who put it all
  together to make it a reality. Jose, Jonathan and Rudy were so meticulous, and detail oriented from start to finish. They are the ones who made it come together. Hard working, Courteous and professional. Baez is lucky to have them in their employ. you want your pool done right, call Baez and ask for those 3 workers to do the job. You wont be disappointed.

  Renovation

  My experience is very positive. The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. Their work and professionalism was outstanding. My husband and I were so pleased with our pool we recommended them to our neighbors who ended up renovating their pool with them. We are thankful we were able to enjoy our beautiful pool this summer because of Baez Tile & Coping.

  Pool renovation and backyard pavers

  I’m not sure what went wrong with other customers. I needed my pool complete overhauled. Tiles coping new plaster and pavers around the pool. They started working and they were completely professional. Bridget would come by at least once a week and anytime I ever needed her to inspect and make sure everything was done properly each step of the way. From the beginning to the end she was on top of everything. Each step required of different professionals. The tiles the pavers the plaster and each worker came doing a great job. Along the way they even recommended small changes for a better quality or out come. When I had a few changes or something needed fixing I had no problem. One text or phone call and it was resolved. I found Bridget and her staff caring and professional at the same time. I highly recommend this company. My whole backyard has been transformed into a beautiful oasis just by renovating the pool. I recommend that you search them online and see the work they have done including my pool the before and after. Outstanding. They even did my neighbors pool and it’s amazing. I asked around and their prices are reasonable. Again I recommend look at their website you’ll see their beautiful work.

  Pool

  Baez Tile and Coping did an amazing job rebuilding our pool, transforming it from vinyl to gunite. They guided us through every step of the process with professionalism and care. The team was not only highly skilled but also kept everything clean and organized throughout the project. Most importantly, they finished on time, which was a huge plus. We are thrilled with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch pool work.

  install tile and coping in pool

  Biaz Tile and coping knows how to work the system. They are a one and done company. They don't build relationships. They take your money and outsource to some one else to do your tile coping and installation. My coping was so uneven that my 4 year old cut her foot on it. That was the last straw for me. I did call the OAG and filed a complaint. They do poor work and know their customers can't be compensated. She never returns phone calls. These reviews are truthful please take our advice and work with someone who may be a bit more expensive but who cares

  Pool plaster

  Terrible job! Stay away!
  Baez have completed their work and closed the pool, promising to finish any imperfections when we open the pool. Once opened for the summer, we noticed terrible work done.... well judge yourself by the picture.
  I called Bridget Baez numerous times. She never returned my calls, but only promised to come in and check the problem out. Nobody ever did.
  Apparently they don't honor their agreements and promises.

  Fix tiles in pool

  $0

  This company is completely unprofessional ! We needed some tiles fixed in our pool, so Baez Tile told us to take the cover off the pool a week before actually opening it. We did this but Baez Tile never showed making excuses that they were busy. Keep in mind that our house was sold and we had an inspection coming up.We also were notified through texting, no phone call. My husband then called and got a voicemail on which he left a message how unprofessional they were. He then was contacted by text once again , that they would come first thing the following Saturday. Big surprise, Saturday morning my husband receives a text that they are not coming and our inspection is now a few days away. We also had to fill our pool for the opening and then drain water again waiting for them to come. The hassle and stress this company has caused us while trying to pack and inspection coming close was ridiculous . Do not use this company,as they are completely unreliable and the owner won't even answer our call after cancelling by text!!
