    same as the rest January 2016 I paid him 450 $ then he said he needed another $200 , material cost went up. Paid him.....its Nov, the job is not done. he stopped by 6 weeks ago saying he would be here in the next couple weeks....still not done!!! very disappointed

    Same experience here as the other reviewers. I paid him for materials which he never purchased, then gave him a discount on his rent so he'd replace my roof. All in all, the guy owes me $8k and my roof never got done. Seems like a nice guy up front, but he's not. Stay away.

    My favorite quote about Darryl Baideme was actually in a review on a different website, someone described him as “Friendly, when he was taking my money.” He talked a great story and actually seemed like a nice guy who knows what he’s doing, so I hired him. Then he convinced me to pay him up front due to some sob story (he doesn’t have the cash to buy the materials right now and his truck is about to be reposed all because the last person he did a job for didn’t pay him and he’s the victim) and I did. I’m one of the lucky ones – he took my money and never even started the job. But read on to other reviews; he’s left people with a bathroom that don't function or a huge hole in their yard. Bottom line is, this guy is a thief.

    If you’ve been scammed by him, you’re not alone. As a fellow victim, I can tell you I’ve done the following (and I hope you’ll do the same):
    1) File a complaint with the BBB. Yes, he already has an F rating, but the more complaints he receives there, the less likely it is that he will get hired and have the opportunity to rip someone else off. It is free, and you can file the complaint online.

    2) File a complaint with the State Attorney General’s Office. The more complaints the AG's office receives, the more likely it is that they will revoke his contractor’s license (if they haven’t already). It is free to file this and you can find the form online.

    3) File a personal criminal complaint with your local district judge. The more time the District Attorney sees his name, the more likely they are to go arrest him. You will have to go to your local District Judge’s office to pick up the form, but it is free to file.

    4) File a civil complaint with your local district judge. You can pick up the form at your local District Judge’s office. There are fees associated with the civil suit. Most likely, he won’t even show up to court, and he’ll also never willingly pay the judgment.

    Baideme did not finish our job, ruined our materials, caused additional damage to our house and then accused us the costumer of being unprofessional when we asked when the job would be complete. We are now approaching $10,000 in damages and other contractors do not want to get involved because his work was so poor they do not want the liability. Be wary he will talk a great game and be confident until he has your money then the scam is complete. Look up his name and contractor licenses and you will see he has multiple court cases and complaints about him. DO NOT PAY HIM ANY MONEY.

    Darryl Baideme took 11 thousand dollars of our money he was hired to remodel a bathroom and fix a foundation wall .he left a giant hole next to our home never fixing the wall he did not complete our bathroom either he refused to return our materials he lied about insurance information as it cancelled on Nov 19th 2015 for non payment and was not reinstated until April 4 2016 his neglegence has caused extreme damage to our home his address given for his business is false please do your homework he has not updated his information with the attorney general office he is a scam artist he will take your money and do poor work everything I have posted here is the truth I have everything to back it up

    Hello Tina M. You told me not to finish your bathroom because you didn't have the money to finish it. I would've been more than happy to complete this bathroom but I'm in business for a reason and that is to make money and make customers happy. Thank you.
