This Builder rides on a high horse. Be careful when signing contracts. He tries to take your realtors commission and if you put in a nice asking offer he will raise it $4,000. He has prolonged many people in our neighborhood on closing and even refused to sell to a fire fighter a week before closing. Scott is very disrespectful. If there is something wrong with your house then if you don't call everyday which why would you have to? Be careful. His houses look nice but when you have lived in them for weeks and start to notice problems and it takes 4 months for his company to come fix or tell you what you are doing wrong. Not a man of his word. His realtor talks about his family problem which is odd. I would never recommend to anyone buying his IKEA made homes. They fall apart within weeks and if the is hail damage on gutters before you bought the house he makes you pay out of your own pocket. We are talking $600! After spending $350,000 with large down payment. He has a bad temper and thinks he is the sherif of his houses. Poor communication and very disrespectful!! Stay away. There are far better houses to buy than Scott Bailey Homes.
