This is a follow up to me previous complaint. As previously stated, Mike Mings refused to complete our barn if we did not wire more money even though the contract price was paid in full. At one point Mr. Mings said he had already paid for the septic system with our money. When we asked him who he contracted with he refused to tell us. We still do not have a septic system and Mike certainly did not refund OUR money. If anyone out there knows what company he supposedly gave our money to please let us know.
