My pool project started in April and was given a late summer completion estimate. It is now November and we are 90% paid, but only 75% complete. Subcontractor arrival estimates are not honored over and over. When you question why they have not arrived, you get no reply or a snarky reply. The project manager acts as though YOU are unreasonable for expecting the project to make progress and for subcontractors to arrive on the day they say they will arrive. I am now investigating hiring another contractor to finish my project because I have no estimate on when the last 25% of work will be completed. I get no reply at all now.

MY POOL WAS BUILT IN 2019 AND IS A COMPLETE MESS. HORRIBLE WORK AND THEY DO NOT WARRANTY THEIR WORK EITHER.
