Bakop Construction was hired December 24, 2022 and as of 9/11/2023 the job isn't complete. I contacted Rene Noussimie (Owner) who could care less how his contractors represent his company. Bakop was paid in $125,000 in full without completion of the job. Consumers be ware!!!!

Rene was very friendly through the process but once our house was completed, it was very difficult to get in touch with Rene. There were a lot of incomplete things. Although the house is visually appealing (which is why I gave them 1 star instead of 0) the quality of our home is very sub-par. Bakop lacks attention to detail and does not provide high-quality products or services. Upon living in the house after the completion of the home, we realized the upstairs outlets did not work. The paint job was messy throughout the house. There is a lot of air leakage from poorly constructed doors and windows. Our shower started to regurgitate sewer water from our drain after a month of living there. We understand things happen and no house project is perfect, but the timeline and the service it took for Rene to get back to us was the most disappointing part. We communicated our concerns multiple times regarding the outlets and paint and it took a few months to almost have a year for him to get back to us. These weren't small details but affected the overall quality of our home such as poor plumbing and non-working electrical circuits. You would think these would be prioritized but no action was taken until we said we would get the city involved.
I would advise to not do business with them until they improve their quality of work and customer service.
