Very unprofessional. Our house (Baksh built) currently has no water due to a pipe leak in the front yard. He will not answer or return our phone calls. Began calling him at 2:00 PM yesterday and he finally responded at 7:00 PM saying his plumber would be out between 7:00-7:30 AM. It's now 8:20 AM and still not plumber and no response from the calls or texts to Baksh.
